Returns and Refunds

Permission to Return and to Receive a Credit

We package your order carefully to ensure items do not arrive damaged, but in the event, any product arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

If a wrong product has been sent, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the problem and send out the correct product.

Please choose your items carefully and allow yourself enough time for delivery, as we do not refund because you have changed your mind, or your order has not arrived in time (please refer to standard delivery timeframe mentioned above).

If you have received a faulty product, please contact us immediately as we require the product to be returned PRIOR to sending a replacement or applying for a credit. 

In the event that we are out of stock of any item, you will be credited for this item only.  No out of stock items will be put on back order.


Refund Policy

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card.  You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
